Based in Leeds, we produce plastic duct bends and fittings, used for many applications, from energy and communication cable protection to residential groundworks and drainage.

Twinwall Bends
Made from twinwall duct, up to 300mm internal diameters and plain-ended (couplers can be purchased separately).
Below are our standard range of sizes. Standard angles are 11.25, 22.5, 45 & 90 degrees.

General Purpose Duct Bends
Made from uPVC general purpose duct. Single interference-fit socketed as standard.
Below are our standard range of sizes. Standard angles are 11.25, 22.5, 45 & 90 degrees. Custom radii & angles are available on request.

Sewer Drain bends
Made from uPVC Sewer Drain duct. Plain-ended and chamfered each end to aid fitment in to a rubber ring coupler (not supplied).
Available in 110mm and 160mm OD diameters.
Riser bends
Made to route gas and electric cables out of the ground in to meter boxes.
Available in 38mm and 44mm OD diameters and double interference-fit socketed.
Hockey Stick bends
We manufacture Hockey Stick Bends to protect and route gas and electric pipes in to meter boxes.
Available in White (38mm), Black (38, 44 & 54mm), Red and Red/White (38mm).
All bends are single interference fit socketed.
Twinwall Elbow Bends
We fabricate double-socketed twinwall elbow bends from couplers.
Elbows are available to suit the following twinwall sizes, in angles of 11.25 - 90 degrees.

Couplers
We make double socketed couplers to suit all common duct sizes and colours.
We can also supply slip couplers.

NB - Couplers provide an interference fit only - they are not guaranteed air-tight. If using in a sealed system the installer would need to use an appropriate adhesive/sealant if required.
Junctions
We make junctions to suit all common duct sizes and colours.
We can produce innovative double swept-tee junctions (shown across), which can be used to daisy-chain cables e.g to lamp-posts/charging points etc.
Spacers
We supply spacers to secure ducting before concreting or other in-filling of the trench takes place.
Spacers are made from uPVC foamex sheet and can be manufactured to any required configuration and to accept any common duct sizes.
We can work with engineers and site plans to design the exact spacers you require.
Catchpits & Silt Traps
Twinwall catchpits chambers and uPVC drain silt-traps can be manufactured up to a maximum 600mm ID.
Specifications include:
- Welded base plate.
- Sump heights and inlet/outlets in sizes and configurations to customer requirements.
- Orifice plates and lid adapters can be fabricated to accept drain/man hole covers (lids/covers are not supplied).
- Silt buckets can be manufactured to suit.
Notes
Our catchpits are not BS certified and are only intended for use in drain/storm water applications, not foul sewer.
We no longer manufacture benched inspection chambers.
End Caps & Plugs
We can supply temporary end caps and plugs, or welded caps made from half a coupler that fit over the ends of duct, used to stop debris ingress prior to cable pulls.
Water/air tightness is not guaranteed.
Split Ducting
Split duct for protecting pre-existing cabling in twinwall or uPVC/communication duct.
- Available split in half or down one side only, depending on your usage requirements.
- Lengths up to 6 metres (3m as standard).
- Twinwall split duct is supplied with a split coupler and cable ties in order to secure the connection and two halves together.
- We are also able to offer twinwall coil split down one side, if you have larger distances of cable to protect.
- Repair coupler kits for 54mm or 96mm communication duct are also available.
Adaptors/Reducers
Reducers/adapters can be fabricated to cater for a multitude of twinwall and uPVC inlet and outlets.
-Our standard concentric reducer is flat-backed with the sockets off-set, as shown, enabling it to be rotated to meet connecting pipe-work.
-Concentric, straight through or conical reducers can all be produced to your requirements.
Top Hats
We manufacture top hats to enable pipework to be connected to soakaway crates.
Bellmouths
We manufacture plastic bellmouths, to prevent cable snagging whilst pulling.
They are available with sockets or plain-ended and to suit all common pipe diameters in twinwall or solid wall duct. We also offer a split version.
Repair Kits
Repair coupler kits can be supplied for green and grey communication duct in 54mm or 96mm sizes.
Used in conjuction with split duct, these kits enable ducting to be replaced around pre-laid cable.
Please note - 96mm repair kits are injection moulded, 54mm kits are our own in-house made variety.
Gas Vent Fittings
We can offer a variety of gas venting fittings to be used in conjunction with gas membrane matting (not available from us) to disperse naturally forming gas from underneath buildings.
Slotted Gas Mat connector - Made from twinwall pipe, this product enables connection of standard width gas vent mat to ventilation ducting.
Gas Ventilation Box - With 2 connections, one for the venting duct and one for connection of the box to any land drain/storm water drain system.
Gas Venting Elbow - Made from PVC pipe to any angle required and socketed to accept connection on to further pipework or our Gas Venting Box.
Fin Drain Fittings
We can fabricate adaptors to convert common ground drainage round pipe in to square filter boxes (as shown below), that can then be filled with the fin drain permeable core (not supplied by us).
We can also supply straight couplers and end caps.
Puddle Flanges
We manufacture puddle flanges to enable pipework to be routed through walls or soakaways.
We can custom fabricate puddle flanges to suit any desired configuration of ducts.

- All products are made in-house to order - we do not keep stock of finished products.
- We source all materials for making our fittings from UK manufacturers.
- We have trading relationships with many of the largest builders/civils merchants and prefer to quote via merchants if possible.
- We can deliver nationwide (mainland UK only), subject to delivery charges, within 2-5 working days.
- Any bespoke/non-standard item, once ordered and in production, cannot be cancelled. Please ensure you are satisfied the product will meet your needs before ordering. Specs/drawings can be provided on enquiry.
